What we aim for. We build the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our target. In practice that means clear heading order, text alternatives for images, readable color contrast, form fields with labels and pages that work with a keyboard and with screen readers. The site uses plain HTML and CSS, with small scripts only for the menu, the cost calculator, the repair-or-replace quiz and the area check.

Where we may fall short. Some pages, tools or linked outside websites may not yet meet every guideline. Pages from other organizations, such as city or state sites we link to, are outside our control.

Other ways to reach us. If any part of the site is hard to use, you can skip the form entirely. Call (469) 555-0197 and we can take your request by phone instead.

Tell us about a problem. If you run into a barrier, let us know by phone. It helps to mention the page address, what you were trying to do and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. We will use your feedback to improve the site.
