What the site is. This is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local roofers, and those roofers pay us for each referral. We are not a roofing contractor. We do no roofing work, give no quotes of our own and sign no roofing contracts.

Your agreement is with the roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty or payment is strictly between you and the roofer you choose. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the roofer's work, pricing, schedule or conduct. Before hiring, check the roofer's City of Allen registration (or the registration your own city requires) and proof of insurance yourself.

No claim handling. We do not negotiate, adjust or manage insurance claims. Only you, your insurer or a licensed public adjuster can handle a claim.

Information and tools. Articles, cost ranges and the cost calculator give general estimates from public and third-party sources. They are not quotes, and your actual price will come from a roofer who has seen your roof.

Acceptable use. Please send only true information about a property you own or are authorized to act for. Don't misuse the forms, copy the site's content for commercial use or try to disrupt the site.

Limits of liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from work done by any roofer.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes. We may revise these terms, and the date above marks the current version.
